- 10 years warrantee (Workmanship Warrantee)
- 25 years warrantee for the panels (Manufacturing Warrantee)
2. 25 years warrantee for the invertor (Manufacturing Warrantee
extend 25 years)
3. 2-5 years warrantee for installation and equipment (Optional)
4. 10 years warrantee for the panel structure (Structure Warrantee)
Saving assurance policy
Check the saving every three month after installation until one year.- Evaluate base on Quality Power Meter of Solar cells system for one year.
After sales service
Annual maintenance service (Operate & Maintenance)
(Annual package costs 1% of the total project cost)
1. Inspect the system every three months.
2. Take care the system via monitoring online.
3. Maintain preventive maintenance.
4. Panel cleaning service every three months.
5. 24 hours service on site.
